Record-Holding Rider Nikhil Bothra Embarks on 90-Day Solo Motorcycle Pilgrimage — “Mitti Se Moksha Tak” Ek Bharat Ek Safar
A Spiritually Charged, Socially Conscious Journey Covering All State Capitals, 12 Jyotirlingas & the Char Dham Shrines
A Journey of Faith, Unity & Purpose
Indian Book of Records holder and adventure motorcyclist Nikhil Bothra has set out on his most ambitious and spiritually meaningful expedition yet — a 90-day solo motorcycle pilgrimage titled “Mitti Se Moksha Tak: Ek Bharat Ek Safar.”
Covering 24,000+ kilometers across all Indian state capitals and union territories (except Andaman & Lakshadweep), the journey includes sacred visits to 12 Jyotirlingas, the Char Dham shrines, and several cultural landmarks. But this isn’t just about distance — it’s a mission rooted in spirituality, cultural pride, and social impact.
From Breaking Records to Breaking Barriers
Known for his record-setting Fastest Golden Quadrilateral Ride (5,769 km in 86 hours, 57 minutes), Nikhil is now chasing something entirely different.
“This is not a trip. It’s a calling. I’m not chasing speed this time — I’m chasing silence, connection, and the soul of India,”
— Nikhil Bothra
What is “Mitti Se Moksha Tak”?
The name perfectly captures the essence of this journey: from soil to salvation. Through this pilgrimage, Nikhil aims to:
✅ Inspire inner transformation through movement and meditation
✅ Promote national unity by embracing cultural diversity
✅ Encourage spiritual discipline by minimizing electronic use and wearing traditional attire at sacred sites
✅ Advocate responsible riding & sustainable travel
Beyond Spirituality — A Social Mission on Wheels
This expedition carries messages of social responsibility at every stop:
🌱 90 Trees in 90 Days — Planting one tree at every major location
🚫 Say No to Drugs — Spreading awareness among youth
🛵 Helmet & Road Safety — Advocating responsible riding
By combining faith with action, Nikhil hopes to inspire individuals to live consciously, ride responsibly, and respect the environment.
The Rider’s Call to the Nation
“I’m just one rider. But if one ride can plant hope, heal faith, and ignite dreams — it’s worth every mile,”
— Nikhil Bothra
He invites every Indian to follow his journey, support the cause, and plant a tree in their own city as a symbolic gesture of unity.
